Lately I've been going deep on AI - not as a trend to follow, but as a way to work. I use it at every stage: research, synthesis, prototyping, workflow design. I'm also building AI-powered automation on the side - figuring out how to make the tedious parts of running a business just work.

I care just as much about whether the system holds up as I do about whether the design looks good.
